Who is Monica Camacho

I’m a plus-size, neurodivergent, Hispanic female therapist (she/her) and a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. My own journey with mental health has shaped the way I show up in the therapy room—with deep compassion, lived understanding, and a commitment to creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

I believe in showing up authentically, and that includes my values: immigrants are people, food and clean water are human rights, Black lives matter, and everyone deserves access to healing—not just survival. I offer therapy that is culturally responsive, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in real human connection.

Whether you're processing trauma, navigating identity, or just trying to make it through the day, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, honesty, and zero judgment.

This is more than therapy. It’s a space where your story matters—and where you don’t have to carry it all alone.
